File a Claim

When you have a claim, we are here to help.  There are three ways to get the claims process started:

1. Contact our office to help you.  715-723-5525

2. Click the File a Claim button, to provide your contact info and provide a description of what happened.  It is best if you can provide the date and time, what happened, and any other details you can think of

3. If this is an emergency and can’t wait until normal business hours, then we suggest contacting the insurance carrier directly at their 24/7 claims number.  Each insurance carrier’s direct contact info is listed on the Carriers page.
